Industrial safety and environmental policy of BIS Izomar Ltd
The BIS IZOMAR, Ltd. being a part of the BILFINGER BERGER INDUSTRIAL SERVICES GmbH delivers comprehensive specialised construction and assembly services in Poland and abroad for numerous market segments, particularly for power industry, civil engineering, cement-lime stone, petrochemical, metallurgical and food industries as well as for municipal economy.
The superior target of Industrial Safety and Environmental Policy of BIS IZOMAR is the employees' life and health protection as well as the care for environment through constant improvement and perfection of the activities for the sake of safe and hygienic work conditions, limitation of unfavourable impact on environment and rising level of ecological consciousness represented by the workers of the Company.
We implement such defined superior target through:
- elimination or minimising the appearance of dangers for health or life of people and environment by implementation of the most modern techniques and tools in their work places and by offering to the Clients the services based on the most state-of- the art technologies and materials available on the market and adjusting them to the Clients' technical requirements and financial possibilities
- systematic identification of dangers and professional risks, of property losses if they occurred, as well as of crucial environmental aspects, then undertaking the actions for diminishing accident risks, injuries, occupational diseases, and, as far as possible, of environmental pollution
- waste management and keeping Industrial Safety conditions in accordance with adequate requirements resulting from legal regulations and standards concerned with Industrial Safety and Environmental Protection, and where possible, exceeding those requirements
- development, through the Company's employees, of the awareness in order to shape habits (behaviours) diminishing risk of the appearance of danger for people and environment
- popularising Industrial Safety and Environmental policy in the Company and at its Customers', subsuppliers' and suppliers'
The Board of Directors provides for suitable resources and means in order to implement the industrial safety and environmental policy and the managerial staff and company’s employees shall be obliged to execute the policy and its targets in the degree adequate to the position and function they hold within the organization.
